Russell McVeagh has been recognised as a finalist in all three New Zealand categories, and additionally, in an Asia-wide regional category for the upcoming ITR Asia Tax Awards 2019, happening in Singapore on 9th May.
As the only law firm nominated for all New Zealand categories - NZ Tax Firm of the Year, NZ Transfer Pricing Team of the Year, and NZ Tax Disputes and Litigation Team of the Year, Russell McVeagh is also the only New Zealand law firm to have been selected as a finalist in an Asia-wide regional award category.
Our team's nomination highlights its outstanding work in areas such as tax reform, commercial transactions, tax disputes, and tax investigations – with cross-border elements in most of the work the team does.
The Asia Tax Awards are judged on size, innovation and impact. Last year, Russell McVeagh won the award for NZ Tax Disputes and Litigation Team of the Year for the third year in a row.
