Who we are

Our Auckland office is located on Shortland Street, at the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau’s legal, commercial and financial district, just metres from where the firm was first established in 1863. From our earliest work supporting the growth of Auckland’s port and commercial infrastructure, through to advising on many of New Zealand’s most significant legal and business milestones, our presence in the city has remained closely connected to the practice of law at the centre of national and international commerce. Our Wellington office occupies the top three floors of the NTT Tower on Lambton Quay and has been recently refurbished to create a modern, light filled environment designed around our people and clients.
