Russell McVeagh is pleased to continue advising Precinct Properties on the Downtown redevelopment project following the granting of resource consent under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
The Expert Panel's decision marks an important milestone for the project and enables the next stage of development planning and assessment.
Russell McVeagh advised Precinct through the consenting process and Fast-track approvals regime and continues to support the project as it progresses.
