Earlier this year, Russell McVeagh surveyed members of the construction industry, including principals, engineers, contractors, and project managers ranging from substantial right through to medium-sized entities, to delve further into what the key risks are that are driving disputes in New Zealand today. Respondents shared their views on the key trends for New Zealand's construction industry.
With over 70 per cent of survey respondents predicting an increase in the number of disputes in the next two years, our insights contained within this report offer an opportunity to better understand the causes and ways in which to avoid them.
