Hannah is a highly experienced corporate lawyer advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. With over a decade's experience in M&A and commercial contracting she regularly works with New Zealand's largest corporates to deliver innovative solutions to their most strategically important and complex commercial transactions.
Hannah works for both public and private clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, life sciences and consumer. She has extensive experience acting on sell-side mandates and regularly works with offshore clients on the sale of business interests in New Zealand. Clients value Hannah’s combined strengths in M&A and commercial transactions as she knows how to negotiate successful outcomes while understanding the need to build relationships that will last after the deal is done.
Her clients include some of New Zealand's biggest organisations including, The Warehouse Group, Fonterra Co-operative Group, Genesis Energy, and Woolworths New Zealand.
Hannah returned to New Zealand to join the partnership at Russell McVeagh after an extended period at global law firm Hogan Lovells.
