• New Shoots Children's Centres on its acquisition of Educare Early Learning Centres.
• Milford Private Equity on its investments in Bridgit and Blackbull Markets.
• ForthCo on its acquisition of each of Natural Habitats, the Skyline Aviation Group, NZ Mint, Phoenix Metal Recyclers NZ and Wells Group. 
• Altered Capital on its investment in SquareOne.
• Tenzing Private Equity on their acquisition of Totara Learning Solutions.
• Various private equity and venture capital firms on the establishment of their funds, including under the New Zealand Active Investor Plus regime.   
• National Australia Bank on its transaction to combine its and Jarden Wealth’s wealth advice and asset management businesses into a new entity called FirstCape (in which Pacific Equity Partners will also be a shareholder).
• The Bostock family on the sale of Bostock Brothers, a high-profile organic chicken brand in New Zealand, and 240ha of selected orchard assets to apple grower Mr Apple NZ.
• Pioneer Capital on its acquisition of each of Optimal Workshop and Supreme Coffee.
