Kristen's practice involves advising clients on all aspects of the Resource Management Act 1991 and related legislation, including the Local Government Act 1974, Local Government Act 2002, Building Act 2004, Conservation Act 1987, COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, and Public Works Act 1981. Her work includes advising major infrastructure providers on resource consents, land agreements and strategy for infrastructure projects.
