  • KiwiRail in relation to a number of planning and consenting matters, including housing intensification plan changes nationally, emergency works provisions after recent natural disasters, consents to develop new wharf and terminal facilities at Waitohi Picton and Kaiwharawhara Wellington, new train stations at Drury Central and Paerata.and electrification and upgrading of the North Island Main Trunk Line between Papakura and Pukekōhe railway stations.
  • Watercare Services on a range of major water and wastewater infrastructure development projects, as well as RMA and environmental law and policy reform.
  • WEL Networks Limited in relation to a number of planning and consenting matters, including the consenting of solar farms.
  • Arvida Group on the consenting of its retirement villages, including the preparation of a private plan change application for a greenfields site.
  • Auckland Airport on a range of policy, regulatory, legislative and environmental issues.
  • Winton Group in relation to a number of planning and consenting matters, including the proposed Inclusionary Housing plan change in the Queenstown-Lakes district.
  • Supporting the development of the property acquisition strategy and providing assistance on the development of the consenting strategy, for the City Centre to Mangere Light Rail Proposal by the NZ Infra consortium.
