Andy's recent work includes advising:

• Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited in relation to several major developments, refurbishments and decarbonisation initiatives for its milk product processing plants around New Zealand, including the construction of a new electrode boiler at its Edendale plant, for which Fonterra won the ‘Large Energy User Initiative of the Year’ award at the 2025 New Zealand Energy Excellence Awards.
• Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora on:
  • its regional hospital development programme including the redevelopment of the Christchurch hospital and the new Dunedin hospital project; and
  • its procurement of a ‘National Panel of Major Project Delivery Partners’ to support the delivery of Health NZ’s infrastructure pipeline.
• Lodestone Energy on:
  • joint venture arrangements with Centralines Limited and advising on key project documents in respect of a 34 MW solar farm to be constructed in central Hawke's Bay;
  • conducting vendor due diligence in relation to a $50m capital raise to fund a series of solar farm developments across New Zealand (along with specific project development contract advice); and
  • the project financing of a 27.7 MW solar farm in Clandeboye. with financial close achieved in early June 2025.
• Auckland Airport in relation to several aspects of its multi-billion-dollar Terminal Integration Programme including various enabling packages, a new domestic jet terminal and the installation of a purpose-built integrated baggage handling system.
