Our priority is to keep our people and visitors to our offices safe from the risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We want to provide assurance to anyone who works on site or visits us that it is safe to do so.
From 1 November 2021, Russell McVeagh has required all visitors to our offices, including attending an event in person, to be fully vaccinated. This applies to all of our people, clients, contractors and suppliers.
With the announcement of the new COVID-19 Protection Framework, we wanted to clarify how this will operate in practice if you are visiting our offices, from 3rd December 2021.
What this means for visitors to our offices
If you are visiting our Auckland or Wellington office, on arrival at Reception we will ask you to complete two scans, where you would scan in with both:
The COVID-19 Tracer app; and
your My Vaccine Pass.
For anyone intending to visit us who is not fully vaccinated, we ask you to contact your meeting host in advance to make suitable arrangements offsite.
We will continue to review and adapt our policy as the situation regarding COVID-19 evolves.
Further information from our COVID-19 Vaccination policy announcement in October is available here.
