Our tax partners Greg Neill and Fred Ward, together with senior associate Callum Burnett, have contributed the New Zealand chapter of Chambers & Partners Corporate Tax 2026 Guide, which covers more than 40 jurisdictions.
The guide provides up-to-date legal information on corporate tax law and regulation, including corporate structures and residence, taxable profits, incentives and deductions and the taxation of inbound and outbound investments. It also examines the interaction between corporate tax and anti-avoidance rules, controlled foreign company regimes and the ongoing implementation of base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) recommendations across participating jurisdictions.
