Ben is a Senior Associate in Russell McVeagh's Competition and Regulatory team.

He advises on regulatory matters across digital assets, financial services, payments, telecommunications, energy, airports and other regulated sectors.

Ben began his career at Russell McVeagh in 2018 and returned in 2026 after several years in London. 

During that time, he was an in-house lawyer for Revolut, and Assistant General Counsel at Kraken, advising on digital assets, derivatives, financial services, e-money and payments products across the UK, EU and other jurisdictions.
