Yaren acts on complex commercial disputes and investigations. She has advised major listed corporates and infrastructure investors, and has particular experience in regulatory enforcement matters, consumer protection litigation (including criminal prosecutions), and disputes arising from corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Russell McVeagh, Yaren spent time in Melbourne working in leading disputes practices at international firms, as well as a large litigation firm in New Zealand, where she acted on high profile matters involving the Commerce Commission and the Financial Markets Authority.
