Sophie is a Senior Associate in Russell McVeagh's Corporate Advisory team. She specialises in public and private M&A, capital raises, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, general corporate matters and commercial contracting across a wide range of industries, including the energy, infrastructure, financial services and technology sectors.
Sophie regularly leads workstreams on complex transactions, including public M&A transactions by way of schemes of arrangement, and her commercial experience extends to offtake arrangements and service and availability agreements in the energy sector and advising on complex customer contracts and services arrangements for data centres and other infrastructure platforms.
Before joining Russell McVeagh, Sophie spent approximately four years at the Takeovers Panel, where she advised on several high-profile takeovers and schemes of arrangement.
