Rachael is a senior associate in our Corporate Advisory team. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with clients across a variety of industries. Rachael has particular experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, overseas investment, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.

Tilt Renewables Limited on its electricity offtake agreements with Genesis Energy Limited to underpin the construction of its Waipipi and Kaiwaikawe wind farms.
Russell Group and Lockwood Property Group on NZ Super Fund's investment into their hotel portfolio.
Pact Group Holdings Limited on its acquisition of the Flight Plastics business.
Tilt Renewables Limited on its return of A$260 million of capital to shareholders by way of court-approved scheme of arrangement.
Freightways Limited on its acquisition of Big Chill Distribution Limited.
Trustpower Limited on its demerger by way of scheme of arrangement into two separate NZX and ASX listed companies so as to separate its hydro generation and retail base from its windfarm assets.
