Nick is a Senior Associate in Russell McVeagh's Litigation team, based in Wellington. He acts for and advises a wide range of corporate and government clients on commercial disputes, class actions, public law proceedings, competition claims and regulatory investigations.

Nick has broad experience managing complex disputes through all phases of the litigation process. He has appeared in the New Zealand Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court, and has substantial courtroom experience as an instructing solicitor in the United Kingdom. Nick has also represented clients in numerous mediations and settlement meetings.

Nick began his career at Russell McVeagh in 2018. He later spent several years working at Freshfields LLP in London, where he acted for major corporate clients in the tech, energy and aviation sectors on a range of high value and high profile commercial, public, regulatory and competition law disputes. He rejoined Russell McVeagh in 2026.
