Helen is a Senior Associate in our Government, Competition and Regulatory team. Helen advises on a wide variety of regulatory matters, including advising clients subject to bespoke regulatory frameworks. Helen regularly advises on engagement strategy for law reform, stakeholder management, implementation of regulation, and governance and compliance issues. Helen also advises clients on competition law-related matters including merger clearances for domestic and international transactions, market studies, and Commerce Act investigations.
Helen began her career as a graduate in the Public Law & Policy practice at Russell McVeagh before spending more than a decade living in France. Helen is comfortable operating in an international environment (with spoken proficiency in the French language) and has experience in the IT, sports, and project management sectors. Helen brings this broad experience to deliver pragmatic and commercial advice to public and private clients.
