  • An ASX-listed green energy company on the leasing and staged development of a greenfield industrial site for its first New Zealand facility.

  • Precinct Properties on construction, development and leasing matters related to its development of Wynyard Quarter in Auckland.

  • A number of renewable energy companies in securing rural land for solar farm projects.

  • An offshore green investment fund on the acquisition of a 50% stake in a New Zealand renewable energy producer.

  • A number of food producers in relation to land acquisition, leasing and portfolio management of their agricultural, horticultural and viticultural properties across New Zealand.

  • A forestry management company in its role as the licensed manager of forestry-based managed investment schemes, in the lead up to harvesting.

  • An NZX-listed entity on the sale and leaseback of its industrial assets.
