- Carlyle (NASDAQ:CG) on its US$3.8 billion carve-out acquisition of global medtech company Baxter International Inc.'s (NYSE:BAX) kidney care segment (now known as Vantive).
- Butterfly Equity on the US$1.95 billion take-private acquisition of premier luxury wine company The Duckhorn Portfolio Inc. (formerly NYSE:NAPA).
- Apax Partners on the strategic investment by Apax Digital Funds in information security platform IANS Research; and the sale by Apax portfolio company Lexitas of Registered Agent Solutions Inc. to Wolters Kluwer for approx. US$415 million.
- BlackRock and Silver Point Finance on their US$350 million private debt financing for Australian steel manufacturer InfraBuild.
- Greenbriar Equity Group on the acquisition of Sparkstone Electrical Group; and the acquisition of aircraft maintenance and repair business Sunvair Inc.
- GIC on its US$15 billion US data centre joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Equinix Inc.
- Perficient (formerly NASDAQ:PRFT) on its US$3 billion take-private acquisition by EQT.
- Private equity fund sponsors regarding fund formation and capital raising transactions, including Wafra Investment Advisory Group, Northampton Capital Partners, Generation Investment Management and others.
- Nord Anglia Education on the acquisition of schools in New York and São Paulo to its global network.
- ANZ Bank New Zealand on the sale of its asset finance business, UDC Finance Limited, to Japan's Shinsei Bank for NZ$762 million.
- Non-New Zealand clients on applications under the tax treaty Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) with respect to transfer pricing disputes.
