Public Law and Regulation partner Tim Clarke has been recognised as New Zealand's Most Influential Lawyer for Government, Non-profits and Associations in the latest NZ Lawyer Most Influential Lawyers 2023 list.
As the only lawyer recognised in this specialist category, Tim is credited for his leadership, hard work and commitment to rising above the unique challenges of the profession.
Regarded as a leading expert in New Zealand Public Law, Tim heads up the firm's Government Public Law and Policy practice and has more than 25 years' experience providing public law and policy advice to major national and international corporates, key government departments, state owned enterprises and crown entities. He works across numerous complex and multifaceted matters and is a leader in supporting the firm's key pro bono clients.
