About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solicitor with generalist banking and finance experience to join our team. 

The role will work with Jesse Fairley on a range of generalist banking and finance law.  Jesse is a specialist in corporate, acquisition/leveraged, property and infrastructure finance, asset-backed and receivables finance, debt capital markets, structured products and debt restructuring solutions.

You will gain experience working in a leading law firm with the chance to develop and grow in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to advise sponsors, major corporates and financial institutions on a range of complex and innovative transactions in a truly collaborative environment.

About you

  • 4 + years experience in banking and finance
  • Top marks in their law degree
  • Drive, ambition and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
