Russell McVeagh's Banking & Finance team advises on all aspects of banking and finance law and financial regulation. The work on offer is diverse and is some of the most challenging and complex in the market.

- Syndicated and bilateral corporate finance and acquisition finance
- Project and real estate finance
- Debt capital markets (including securitisation)
- Regulation of financial products and markets
