About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2 + years of generalist banking and finance experience to join our Wellington Banking and Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with Guy Lethbridge and Tom Hunt who are both recognised as market leaders in their fields and have worked on some of New Zealand's largest banking and finance transactions.

Our Banking and Finance team leads the market in debt capital markets, project finance, financial markets regulation, and corporate and acquisition finance. We advise on large bank funding work; term securitisations; sustainability-linked and proceeds-based green borrowing; and our project finance team advises on key national infrastructure projects.

You will get exposure to some of the most interesting work in New Zealand and will learn from the best.

About you
