Pro bono forms a core component of our business and culture, and is reflective of and integral to our firm's values. Each year, our firm contributes thousands of hours of pro bono work to some of the most forward-thinking charitable and not-for-profit organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand.

In our Pro Bono Overview 2023 – Assisting our communities in Aotearoa New Zealand, we are proud to highlight the incredible organisations we work with, including:

Local Community Law centres – a provider of free legal advice to members of the community who might otherwise not have access to this type of help.

Cure Kids – a charity whose mission it is to invest in research to transform the health of children across Aotearoa New Zealand and the largest funder of child health research outside the government.

Ākina – an impact consultancy that provides capability building support and coaching on how to achieve better social and environmental outcomes to social enterprises and other organisations.

Access Matters Aotearoa – a movement comprised of a number of organisations from the disability and neurodiversity sectors, working with a range of business champions and nearly 7000 individual supporters, representing and advocating for legislation to enable people with access needs.

Coralus – a global community of women + non-binary people that help businesses working on the world's to-do list.

Mahi for Ukraine – an advocacy group helping Ukrainians impacted by the war through aid, immigration, and other humanitarian efforts.
