AXA Investment Management on the establishment of two landmark joint ventures with Homes England and Hyde Housing Association to deliver social housing in England through a ten-year partnership.
CPPIB and APG on the establishment of two new partnerships with Goodman Group to invest in prime logistics and industrial real estate in the UK, with total commitments across the partnerships totalling £900 million.
Goldman Sachs on the sale of a logistics portfolio, comprising ten logistics assets across the UK in the industrial space.
African Capital Alliance and Capital Alliance Private Equity Fund IV on the acquisition of its 31% stake in Food Concepts.
Federated Hermes on its various joint venture arrangements with CPPIB to develop Paradise Circus (Birmingham) business park.
