About the role

The Litigation Support Services team play an essential role in providing discovery management to our clients. The Litigation Support Administrator will look after all aspects of document management as well as maintenance of discovery databases.  You will be responsible for the administration of courtroom technology solutions and providing training and technical support to legal staff. 

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being a part of a close-knit, dedicated team. You will use specialist discovery databases, prepare documents lists and court bundles, provide training on discovery software and courtroom technology.

About you

If you have the following skills/experience, we would love to hear from you:
  • The ability to manage work and resources to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality;
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required, including some evening and weekend work;
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly (to a highly technical level);
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload, and remain calm under pressure;
  • A 'can-do' attitude; and
  • E-discovery software and law firm / litigation support experience is preferred.
