About the role
This role coordinates the team of Document Specialists across our Auckland and Wellington offices, and directly provides document production support to ensure that efficient and accurate service is provided to our internal clients across the firm.
The Team Leader role will coordinate and lead the function, including management of workflow and day-to-day team management.
It ensures timely document production is provided to the firm and managing expectations regarding deadlines with authors, secretaries and other stakeholders.
Essential to this role is the need to ensure compliance with our drafting manual and precedents when producing documents, including ensuring proper language use, spelling and punctuation.
As the team leader, you will manage annual leave and the on-call roster, complete annual performance appraisals and lead a team of 7 across Auckland and Wellington.
You'll be an efficient and proactive team player, with excellent IT skills, an innate ability to prioritise and communicate effectively and a positive and professional attitude. This is a dynamic and highly skilled team which values reliability and responsiveness.
