About the role

We are looking for an energetic Credit Control Administrator to make a positive contribution to our Finance team. The role will be a key player in supporting the firm's credit control function, whilst also providing support to the wider Finance team as required. You will routinely deal with external and internal stakeholders, so customer service mindset and the confidence to interact with people from a range of backgrounds is critical. 

This is a part time role (ideally 20 hours a week) and we're open to hearing from candidates about how they would like to structure their hours.  Flexibility at peak times (ie month-end) is preferred. 

About you

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting the Senior Credit Controller with cash collections 
  • Supporting the billing processes, including preparing credit notes and bill reversals;
  • General administrative tasks to include client requests and emailing monthly statements
  • Complete credit checks;
  • Provide backup and support to other members of the Credit Control team.
