About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our Corporate Advisory team.  Reporting to David Raudkivi, who was recognised as Equity Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year, shortlisted for M&A Deal of the Year 2020 and is consistently ranked as one of the top lawyers in their field.  You'll focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, private equity, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

About You

We're looking for solicitors with:
  • 3 + years' experience in corporate or commercial law
  • Top marks in their law degree
  • Drive, ambition and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Private practice experience
