About the role

We are looking for Real Estate and Construction Lawyers to join our growing Wellington based team.  Join our market-leading Real Estate and Construction practice group to provide advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, and infrastructure providers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions, and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects.

The team, led by Partner Doran Wyatt, advise on commercial property matters, including leasing, developments and construction, seismic building issues, acquisitions and disposals, corporate real estate and securitisations. 

About you

  • A legal qualification with 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically.

  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively.
