About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our tight-knit Finance team.  This is a hand on, fast paced role processing an array of accounts payable functions across our Auckland and Wellington offices. 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities including involvement in our payments and expense process, data entry, checking statements and liaising with budget managers.  If you are a detail focussed individual who wants to work in a hands on role, with a high level of support, and training and development we would love to hear from you. 

About you

We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail who has:

  • around two or more years' experience in an accounts payable role 
  • an ability to handle a high-volume of requests 
  • strong process focus 
  • the ability to work quickly and methodically 
  • effective communication skills
