About the role 

We are looking for an energetic Accounts Administrator to make a positive contribution to our Finance team. The role will be a key player in supporting the firm's credit and billing management functions. You will routinely deal with external and internal stakeholders, so customer service mindset to deliver valued outcomes is critical. Normal business hours apply, but flexibility at peak times (ie month-end) is required.

About the role:

  • monitoring the credit control inbox and responding to client or internal queries, escalating when required; 
  • record maintenance in our billing software, Aderant; 
  • supporting the billing processes, including preparing credit notes and bill reversals;
  • supporting accounts receivable processing;
  • preparation of client statements and other reports on request; and 
  • general administrative tasks. 

About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • an adaptable, positive and collaborative approach;
  • excellent attention to detail;  
  • the ability to identify issues and solutions, prioritise tasks, and achieve deadlines;
  • professional verbal and written communication;
  • experience in a credit control or accounts receivable function (preferred).
