About the role

We are looking for two Senior Solicitors/Senior Associates to join our Auckland based team.  Join our market-leading Real Estate and Construction practice group to provide advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, and infrastructure providers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects.

The team, led by Partners Sarah Blackmore, Ed Crook, David Butler, Anna Crosbie, and Natalie Steur advise on commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, as well as land acquisitions, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors.

About you

  • A legal qualification with 4+ years' experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically.
  • A strong service focus with the need to listen and understand the essential requirements of different areas of the firm.
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively.
