Nicola's experience spans many industries (including the electricity, gas and dairy industries) and many subjects (including information technology, joint ventures, supply, maintenance and sponsorship). Previously a policy advisor at the Ministry of Commerce, Nicola has an extensive understanding of government processes and the policy analysis framework. In addition, Nicola regularly advises clients on Commerce Act issues, relating to both the trade practices and mergers and acquisitions parts of that Act.
