Graeme acts for some of New Zealand's largest domestic companies, multi-national clients with operations in New Zealand, and both trade and private equity investors. He is the firm's relationship partner for a number of key clients.
- Acted for Macquarie-managed Funds in the acquisition of Qualcare Group from certain Ironbridge funds and substantial follow-on restructure of the existing and acquired assets (2007 - 2008).
- Acting for Vectek Electronics on the divestment of its business to ABB (2008).
- Acted for Fonterra on major outsourcing initiatives and customer/JV contracts (2006-2007).
- Acted for Crescent Capital on the acquisition of four New Zealand businesses (2006-2008).
- Acted for Nikko Principal Investments on acquisition of Fleetpartners (2006).
- Acted on the sale of Douglas Pharmaceuticals Australia to Genepharm Australia (2006).
- Acted on the separation of Tyco International in to three new listed entities, and associated restructuring (with offshore advisers) (2006/2007).
- Acted for American Express in formation of its partnership with Atlantic & Pacific Travel (part of Gullivers Travel Group) including asset sale, licensing, and services arrangements (2006).
- Acted on acquisition of Anchor brands by Fonterra and divestment of certain other brands to Rank Group (2005).
- Acted for investment funds managed by subsidiaries of Macquarie Bank in relation to the acquisition of ElderCare New Zealand aged care/retirement village business, and 11 subsequent acquisitions of aged care facilities and retirement villages, and restructuring and expansion of the acquired group, and associated projects (2005-2007).
- Acted for Genesis Power in down-sale of its equity interest in the Kupe Joint Venture to Origin Energy and contracting back substantial volumes of gas on a long term basis (2004-2007).
