Her practice includes advising on restraints of trade and protection of goodwill and confidential information; restructuring programmes including outsourcing, redundancy, and consultation processes; union issues and collective bargaining matters. She also assists with negotiating executive severance arrangements, representing clients in personal grievances, advising on employment law issues in due diligences, and advising on Privacy Act and Human Rights Act issues. Prior to joining Russell McVeagh in 2004 Gillian worked for McGrigors in Scotland and London.
