Advising the originator on a securitisation of bridging loans with senior financing arranged by Deutsche Bank and mezzanine financing provided by Luxembourg debt funds.
Acting for Invesco in relation to its offer of crypto-currency backed certificates to authorised participants.
Negotiating fund swap documentation, including ISDA, MCA and CSA with a broker dealer counterparty.
Negotiating investment management agreements for a funds clients, including an Irish UCITS
